1894 per BNdeF. 48 pgs. Blue cloth with pictorial pastedown label with gilt background, pastedown label rubbed, one long scrape, binding slightly shaken, top corner bumped, previous owner's name on endpaper, 2 pages with small archival mends. An imagining of what might have taken place upon Noah's Ark. Illustrated in color on nearly every page. Artwork appears as full-page, partial-page and small vignettes. The vignettes could almost be a pre-cursor to Benjamin Rabier's style. The animals are presented realistically but not without humor and some humanization.
