164 pages of text with approximately that same number of pages of images, including a fold-out map. Texts in French. Withdrawn from an institutional library, and bound somewhat crudely in an institutional binding. The previous owner's bookplate remains on the inside front cover of the new binding, with their name inscribed in black on the half-title. The institution from which it was subsequently withdrawn has stamps and call numbers on the title and nearby pages. There are some handling creases to the interior pages, but the unattractive binding has served the book well in keeping the pages otherwise solidly intact and, aside from the aforementioned, free of other markings.
