Boards and spine are stained, heavily worn, particularly around edges. Head and tail of spine and corners of boards bumped. Split hinges between endpapers and page 80/81. Pages are browned, many (including front free endpaper and title page) are torn and/or creased, some are stained and foxed. Edges and endpapers heavily foxed and stained. Back endpapers are covered in numbers written in coloured pencil. Book is very worn, probably in poor condition, but seems to be intact, with both boards and spine complete and all pages present. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound.
