Hardcover, bound in reddish brown cloth with extensive decoration in black and gilt on front and spine, with all edges gilt. The dedication is to Alfred Tennyson from The Lotus Club of New York. Illustrated. The preliminaries are lightly foxed, as are some of the plates. Hinges beginning to crack. Slight edgewear, more to corners and spine ends, with some loss at spine ends.
