Montréal, Printed and published by John Lovell, 1871, hard cover, original half-leather binding, about 10 X 6 ¾ inches, pagination stop to 887 but there is in fact 891 pages (including last enpaper). The 100 first pages are pages of ads with nice small and big illustrations in B&W. Our copy is in good condition or very good for this kind of book that are usually very used. Cover shows minor wear to leather with also three small teasr (see images), some wear to boards edges and some soiling to both front and back boards. Interior is in good condition or better ; clean, complete, with a few discreet library marks, a light tanning to pages. Binding is lightly loose here and there. Overall a nice copy. We note to finish that the first page following the first endpaper is page 3 so maybe page 1 and 2 is missing or front board and first endpaper are counted as page 1 and 2.
