Über den Autor: Jane is a forty-plus year resident of Satsuma, Alabama, where she and her husband, Charles, raised their two now grown children, Misty and Jeffrey. The couple has six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Originally from Citronelle, Alabama, Jane attributes her creative abilities to God and her mother, Sallie McCray Patrick, who also wrote from her heart. Her love of reading novels came from her father, John M. Patrick, Sr. Jane has always loved to read and escaped the mundane days of life through reading and daydreaming stories of her own. With her husband's prodding and encouragement, Jane began secretly to write her first book "The Lady in the Park" It is a story of Anna Fisher who as young girl is forced to give up her daughter. At age twenty Anna hires a detective, Joe Barnes, to find the child. Instead of disrupting the child's happy life, Anna chooses to sit in the park and watch her little girl. When Jane finally contacted AuthorHouse, she was already in the midst of writing her second book which will be ready for publication in the near future. Title yet unknown is a story of the life of a senator's illegitimate child.
