Condition: There are a few small, very light stains on the covers. Small cloth tears at the top/bottom edges of the spine, and at the cover corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Front hinge starting. Nice interior - the pages are lightly age-toned and clean with no notable issues found. Page 7 was cut just slightly wider than the other pages and extends beyond the text block just a bit, resulting in some tiny tears along the outer edge. "Mary E.
