Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Judy McKimm is Dean and Professor of Medical Education, College of Medicine, Swansea University and Visiting Professor of Leadership and Healthcare Education at the University of Bedfordshire. She is an experienced facilitator of leadership and faculty development programmes for doctors and other professionals, working in the UK and internationally. Her academic interests are in health workforce development, capacity building and the relationship between policy and service shifts and higher and professional education.

Kay Phillips is Head of Continuing Professional Development in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing at Sheffield Hallam University. The main focus of her work during the last ten years has been leadership and management development in health and social care. Kay is committed to inter-professional learning and has been involved in a number of national initiatives aimed at promoting more integrated service delivery through effective leadership.
