Indera has written over 30 books on software topics including Crystal Reports, Power BI Tools for Excel, Dashboard Design, Microsoft Office, ACT! and OpenOffice.org. Dr. Murphy has held a variety of positions including technical writer, programmer, course developer and project leader.
