One dollar. Two choices. Endless life lessons.

Recap: In Lenny the Lighthouse Finds a Dollar, book one of the charming Lenny the Lighthouse series, our bright little beacon Lenny stumbles upon something shiny: a dollar bill! (Cue the dramatic music.) But instead of rushing off to buy candy or a squeaky toy for Reddog, he pauses. What do you even do with money when you're not tall enough to reach the cash register?

Now in Book Two: Lenny Decides What to Do.

Lenny sets out to solve a question that sounds simple but feels bigger than a lighthouse: What do you actually do with a dollar?

With a nudge from the ever-wise (and delightfully drowsy) Ol’ Walter, Lenny discovers a mantra that might just change everything:

“Save a little, give a little, spend a little.”

And just like that, that crumpled dollar transforms from pocket paper to pure possibility - and the gears in Lenny’s charming little lighthouse head start turning like never before.

A Kids Book About Money

Perfect for sparking conversations about money, kindness, and choices, this witty and warm-hearted story sneaks in emotional regulation tools, social skills, and character training, without ever feeling like a lecture. Because let’s face it: kids have better things to do than sit through boring money talk. Like saving stray jars, feeding hungry dogs, and becoming tiny heroes.

Whether you are raising mentally strong kids, looking for a meaningful gift for a smart little one, or just tired of books that don’t do more than rhyme about farm animals, Lenny the Lighthouse delivers with:

✔️ Life skills, emotional smarts, and social justice
✔️ Kindness, generosity, and just the right dash of goofiness
✔️ A cast of lovable characters that feel like old friends

If you love books about kindness for kids, money stories that actually make sense, or anything that teaches kids to think with their hearts and their piggy banks… this one’s for you.

💡 Open this endearing children’s picture book and let Lenny show your little one that being a good human starts with one small act - and sometimes, just one dollar.

Because let’s be real: kids may not pay bills, but they can definitely learn how to give back.

And just when you think Lenny's got it all figured out - Book 3 shines a light on how to earn that next dollar. Spoiler: it might involve soap, suds, and a very squeaky Reddog. 🧽💰
