Original owner fancy signature on front and rear free end paper, the rear one with an 1880 date. Original owner's stamp on free front end paper is crossed out by a subsequent owner, as is a signature at top of Prologue page. This later owner has also placed at least 3 Marietta, Georgia, name/address labels at various places. Book is FAIR-only with much wear at spine ends and board tips. A good deal of exterior discoloration, as well. Random outbreaks of foxing. The bottom page tips at 379/380 and 381/382 are missing with no loss of text.
