Written by Sir John Barrow, an English geographer, linguist, writer, and civil servant. Bound in full calf with gilt. Externally, smart with rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot. Light spotting and age toning to the first and last few pages.
