University of Wisconsin professor Julius E. Olson's copy, with his signature to the third blank; also present on the front pastedown is the bookplate of Norwegian-American collector Herman Gimmestad, who attended UW-Madison in the 1940s. The leather shows mild rubbing at the corners, with just a touch of edgewear to the boards. Hinges solid; binding square. A clean, tight copy, with excellent associations.
