G+. ** Dr Arthur Scofield who having lied about his age to join the Canadian Expeditionary Force in World War One was buried alive and almost paralysed at the Somme . He recovered through treatment by a Canadian chiropracticor, and after that war ended he trained to become a chiropractor himself and moved to live in England (Sudbury Suffolk).
