Publisher's advertisements on back wrapper for board games, including The Monopolist, Jerome Park Steeple-Chase, Game of Life's Mishaps, Cats and Mice, Tousel, and Go-Bang. No date of publication, but probably 1870s. Former owner's pencil drawings of sailing ships on inside of back wrapper. In Fair Condition: wrapper is separated along spine and stitching is gone; first and last conjugate leaves are partially separated; wrapper and pages are soiled; lacking upper third of back wrapper; wrappers are chipped and creased; 4-cm. tear in front wrapper from spine with slight loss of color; wrapper also scraped at ends of spine without loss of text or illustration; old dampstain in lower section of back wrapper, not impacting pages; 2-cm. tear from fore-edge of last leaf with loss of text.
