NOTE - THESE 1970s/EARLY 1980s JONATHAN CAPE IAN FLEMING BOOKS WERE PRINTED IN VERY SMALL QUANTITIES PRIMARILY TO FILL LIBRARY ORDERS - FINDING CLEAN COPIES OF THESE PRINTINGS THAT WERE NEVER IN A LIBRARY IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE (THE FEW THAT STILL EXIST ARE IN THE HANDS OF DIE-HARD COLLECTORS). Book has several creased page corners, no foxing to pages, endpapers or outer page edges, slight age darkening/dust soiling to outer page edges, erased mark to copyright page otherwise no former owner's markings or used book store stamps/stickers inside, ever so faint evidence of removed bookplate to ffe otherwise endpapers are clean and free from discoloration, no internal hinge splitting, no spine lean, no wear to board edges or board corners, hint of shelf wear to spine tips, tiny bumped board corner, no wear/oxidizing to lettering on spine or front board, no soiling or staining to boards. Dust Jacket has no chipping or tearing or creasing, hint of wear to spine tips with 'v' losses to couple of spine tip corners, no wear to front flap crease (just at flap crease corners), no edge wear, no dust soiling to white rear panel, no scotch tape residue marks to flaps, no color rubbing to front panel, no spine sun fading. Overall a VG+ book in FINE- condition original dust jacket (not price clipped) of an Ian Fleming U.K. printing hardcover book.
