Über den Autor: Nicholette M. Martin, MD, HC, is board certified in physical medicine/rehabilitation with a subspecialty in pain management. She has worked with pain patients for almost twenty years, focusing on multiple aspects of their health, including weight loss and exercise, in order to decrease their pain and improve their overall function. In 2009, she became a certified health coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN) in New York City and began counseling clients one-on-one regarding nutrition and weight management. Dr Martin writes a weekly blog and does numerous speaking engagements throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She can be contacted via her website: mustlovefoods.com
