Paris, veuve Duchesne, 1781. 3 volumes in-12, XII-391p, [4]-317-[3]p & XIX-[2]-456p. Seconde édition, augmentée d?un troisième volume en édition originale. Cet ouvrage est à la fois un recueil d?anecdotes et, pour son dernier volume, un intéressant document sur l?histoire de la chasse en France. Cet important ouvrage lui ouvrit les portes de l?Académie Française. Il est fort probable que cette seconde édition soit une remise en vente des deux volumes de l?édition originale, avec les titres renouvelés, à laquelle on a alors joint le nouveau volume. Demi-basane ca.1800, dos lisse orné, pièces de titre et tomaison, tranches mouchetées, mouillure marginale au tome 2, rousseurs éparses, 4 mors en partie fendus. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 014830
