About the Author: The Author: Christiane Prange studied Business Administration at the Free University of Berlin, Germany and obtained her Ph.D. 1998 from HEC-Université de Genève in Switzerland. She has worked as a consultant with a particular focus on the telecommunications, information, media, and entertainment industries.
