Fair to Good. Moderate rubbing with surface loss to clean front cloth with titles and decorations strong; additional rubbing slog edges and tips of bumped corners with touch of exposed card lower front. Binding strong and square though hinge tape reinforcement to front and rear endpaper gutters with play to hinges; separation at pp.58-59 & 90-91 with all holding well. Moderate uniform toning to clean, stiff pages with creases lower corns pp.81-90 and lower thirdpp.91-92. Tape repair to rear mid frontis plate. item handsome overall but delicate.
