90 p. 30 cm. Bound in cardstock covers with cloth spine. Creases to the corners and tears to the spine ends. Both covers are sunned and show some light soil. University library label, card pocket, and circulation slip on the back sides of the covers and the last blank page. Faint remains of pencilled price on the title page. Inside pages have some occasional light soil and some light rippling. The fold out table has a tear along one of the folds. A state of the art study of the use of mechanization in the forestry logging industry in eastern Canada in the 1930's. Illustrated with 125 black and white photographs and 38 drawings.
