Printers, Publishers and Bank book Manufacturers, 47 Main Street, Worcester Mass. There are no plate numbers on the music, possibly trimmed by Noyes et. al. for binding. At the bottom of p. 72 appears the legend A. B. Kidder's Music Typography. PO signature on ffep. Some glue remains on front and rear pastedown. Pages are clean and supple.
