The frontispiece is included in the pagination, the plates are unpaginated), the lower 1.5 cm. of the spine is torn exposing the gatherings, slightly torn at the head of the spine, slight split along the inner edge of the front cover but holding well (see photograph), lower corner of the front cover a little creased, covers worn and a little soiled, off-setting opposite the plates, otherwise a sound and internally very clean copy.
