In overall good condition, with minor scuffing and wear to both slipcase and book holder. Minor damage to corners of book, along with other light wear along edges and corners. Some cracking to hinges at back and towards front book. Text block remains complete. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce 1st edition by Irish novelist George Augustus Moore (1852-1933), who was also an art critic and novelist.
