Oatmeal linen boards (smudged, age-grimed) with printed title, dark brown quarter spine, corners; ties intact. Inside front board shows handsome LAPBCo book plate (Mr. H.C. Newton); printer's stickers inside back board. A rough pencil house sketch on back of a page. Deckle edge pages show some smudging. Photographs near fine condition.
