HARDCOVER. J. Limbird, 1831. This item consists of 6 months worth of the Mirror magazine bound into marbled boards with black half leather. Gilt lettering and decoration on the spine. The boards and leather are shelf rubbed. The edges are age tanned and the rear hinge has failed. The contents are generally clean and undamaged. This item has particular interest in that it contains an engraving and article pertaining to the Swan River Colony in Western Australia and is believed to be one of the very first mentions of the Colony in print.
