Softcover The cover is a wonderful colored picture of people at a dinning table, with the title in off white, the spine has no writing. This book is an original version from which all facsimiles were made. This is the precursor of Fanny Farmer, Betty Crocker: all of which were promoted by flour companies. This original version shows the actual process by which flour was made, with wonderful black and white etching. The cover has some spotting, but does not harm the picture, the corners are bumped and there is some shelf wear. The end papers are foxed and aged yellowed, page 17 has had a cloth tape repair, other wise this is a wonderful clean book. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 000400
