The one plate includes musk rat, land tortoise, Viper etc. There is slight worm damage to the final few leaves, but the text, apart from the omissions noted, is sound, clean and tight. This work seems to have been issued in parts, and complete sets are very rare. The pagination of this copy matches that of the edition published in Dublin in 1739 by W. Williamson. The author rhapsodises in his conclusion on the potential of the British colonies, whose description occupies most of the text, and urges gentlemen to emigrate there.
