Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Beverly Lanzetta is a theologian and spiritual teacher of new traditions of contemplative wisdom. Dedicated to theological openness and spiritual nonviolence, she holds the doctorate in theology and contemporary religious thought, and served for many years as a religious studies faculty. The author of seven books on global spirituality and new monasticism, she is the founder of a number of religious initiatives, including the Desert Interfaith Church, Interfaith Theological Seminary, Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction, and the Community of a New Monastic Way.
