Condition: Some light soiling and tiny, dark stain specks to the covers; small cloth tear at the lower-left edge of the back cover. Tight binding. Crack at the hinge between pages 16 & 17. No loose pages. The text pages are in very good condition - mostly clean with only an occasional ink smudge or light stain; pages 10 & 11 each have 2 tiny, dark stain spots; no writing or tears found.
