2nd 1886. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. 12 plates, 11 of which are hand-painted illustrations from the author's own drawings, with particulars of the dressings and season of each fly. Book also contains chapters on fishing the Minnow, The Creeper, The Stonefly, and The Worn in clear water, with an extra plate showing the hooks necessary therefore. Second edition. This book has been expertly rebacked with original spine laid down. Plates are all present - but plate 4 is missing its tissue-guard. Bumping and wear to spine and corners; a few scuff marks.
