Broadside, 8 1/2 x 8 inches. Three horizontal creases, small closed tear at lower left edge, not affecting text. Contemporary manuscript note on verso: "Notice of Claim by E.L. Bradstreet." Very good. A notice from Edward L. Bradstreet announcing his claim to certain lots of land in the area around Utica, New York.
