Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Brian McCauley has had a life-long love of exploring the mountains, shores, and by-ways of Maine and many other parts of America. He has long been curious about how places got their names and what the names mean. He has held executive positions on a Governor's staff, in business, and in newspaper publishing, and now teaches at an independent school. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.
Matthew Dimock loves to explore Maine and the rest of New England. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), he teaches art at an independent school. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
