POOR condition. Front cover and first endpaper DETACHED from the text block. Moderate uneven fading and scuffing to the covers, with some soiling, staining and discoloration. Spine and extremities bumped, scuffed and worn. A 2 by 4 inch piece torn from the lower corner of the frontis illustration. Faint owners' signatures present.
