Neuware -Networking is needed in every part in the IT field and it requires constant need and development. With this constant need of networking, network security is also needed and there must be a need to monitor the data which is shared on the network. Our project works on the client-server architecture. It not only monitors the data but also helps in sharing of the files when connected to a common network and maintain the network traffic so that every authorised person can access the files without any lags or problem. Sharing is done using Symmetric encryption which used the Advance Encryption Standards (AES). A person first needs to register himself. This information is shared with the admin who can allow or block the registration. Once the person is enrolled, he/she can send data or file to only the registered users. The user need to register the file with an encrypted key and the receiver have to decrypt it using the same key. This whole process is monitored by the admin and if someone tries to break in the system a notification will be popped up and the admin can track its IP address and block that particular person.
