Every mind distributes capability differently. The Neurodivergent Advantage maps autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, and other neurodivergent cognitive architectures onto the Risk Efficacy framework, revealing distinctive patterns of strength across four measurable dimensions: Calibration, Informed Navigation, Resilience, and Outcome Achievement. For neurodivergent individuals, this book provides a language for understanding where your cognitive architecture produces its best work and what environments, careers, and partnerships allow it to flourish. For educators, it provides tools for developing cognitive strengths rather than remediating differences. For leaders, it provides the measurement infrastructure for building teams whose diverse cognitive signatures produce better decisions together than any single architecture can alone. Drawing on research from cognitive neuroscience, organizational psychology, education, and disability studies, with 160+ citations, this book is the second volume in the Meritocracy Society Infrastructure Series. Where Book One established a framework for measuring decision-making quality, Book Two asks who current systems systematically mismeasure and what organizations and schools lose when neurodivergent talent gets filtered out.
