Michael de Adder is a six-time winner of the Atlantic Journalism Award for editorial cartooning. He has also won the American Association for Editorial Cartooning Golden Spike award and has been nominated for a Reuben and a National Newspaper Award. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing and painting from Mount Allison University. de Adder's cartoons are syndicated across North America, making him one of the most widely read cartoonists in Canada.
