Well-worn corners and external joints. Covers attached but only the back covers soundly so and one front cover hanging by a few inches. Spine labels dingy but legible and complete for the most part. Internal pages, including engraved portraits of Mathew Carey and Edward Everett in Vol. V, generally quite nice for the most part.
