A New Reconstruction of Quantum Theory. no publisher or date, 1980, 52pp., photocopied pages bound with black spine tape and green paper covers, small chip at top of spine, for distribution at a conference, ink marks in margins or underlining in text, or critical comments in ink on about 10 pages. Weizsäcker refers in first paragraph to the improvements here over his "reconstruction" essay at "the last conference (1978/1979)". This essay was probably designated for volume 4 of the series which appeared in 1981: "Quantum theory and the structures of time and space, volume 4 : papers presented at a conference held in Tutzing, July 1980."
