Front joint of Volume I is starting, front hinge is strained, with the front endpaper working loose. Rear joint of Volume I is starting, with a small amount of loss to the tail. Minor marks to the boards. Bumping to the extremities. Spines and extremities are rubbed. Tail of the spine of Volume II is lifting a little. Crack to the tail of the front joint of Volume II. Rear hinge of Volume I is starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with a little age-toning and light marks to the clippings.
