This book is a very solid VG. The binding is solid, the head and heel of the spine are bumped, the edges show very little wear (this is, after all, a 95 year old book geared to teens), and the front cover has an appealing illustration (see photo). Interior is clean, intact (frontis + 3), hinges are tight, pages are lightly toned but very flexible; pages are clean,unmarked and unstained. There is a large penciled inscription (1924) on the FFEP.
