Book condition: very good, very scarce second edition with dust jacket, the story of Pastor Niemoeller who was imprisoned because of his refusal to betray the faith and principles he upholds and accept Hitler as a divine leader, b/w frontis is of Niemoeller leaving his church in Dahlem just prior to his arrest, frontis is detached, dust jacket features an illustration of Niemoeller, 1" X 1" chip off spine tail, smaller chips off spine head and corners, spine edges and top front, backed with archival paper, mylar cover, red cloth boards show staining to two inches of bottom back, otherwise very clean, some play to hinges, interior very clean, 253 pages, 6 X 8.25 inches.
