Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. Bright copy bound in dark green cloth with gold titles and designs. The cover edges show very slight wear and a light spine slant, still remains tightly bound and near fine. Contents include 21 illustrations of church architecture. There are a few smudges and marks within the text. This copy is from a 19th Century private lending institution, the Mercantile Library of New York (Astor Place). There is a handwritten number and Mercantile Library stamp on the title page and some of the internal pages. There are no other indications of the library's ownership. A nice copy of a scarce title.
