‘Now, Lead Others is a fantastic follow on from Cillín’s earlier book First, Lead Yourself. Delivered through an easy to follow conversation between friends, this book delivers numerous leadership concepts and tools in an easy to absorb, yet thought provoking way. I found myself reflecting and considering my own leadership style constantly throughout the story. A must have book for anyone leading or seeking to lead others.’ ~ David Morrison. ‘As a military leader with experience leading small and large teams on operations both domestically in New Zealand and overseas, I found Now, Lead Others an excellent guide to new leaders of teams. Cillín not only introduces leadership theories to the reader but also provides a unique story to demonstrate the way in which these theories can be implemented – and what happens when they aren’t.’ ~ Colonel Mel Childs. New Zealand Army.

‘Cillín has uniquely intertwined leadership principles in a captivating story that not only keeps the reader engaged but also eases the barrier for those readers who struggle to get through the all too common theory-heavy leadership books currently on the market. I recommend this book to leaders who wish to gain the insight and tools into how to build a high performing team and to seasoned leaders as a guiding resource for mentoring and growing future leaders.’ ~ Yatish Parshotam. Managing Director, Entelect.

‘Leadership books can be a chore sometimes but this one was engaging and easy to read, with the same humour and sense of mischief Cillín brought in his first book. However, Now, Lead Others is different, it’s a story of adventure. I found the book took me on a personal journey of reflection, intrigue and excitement, eager to put the lessons learnt into action.’ ~ Kirstie Knowles. Director, Department of Conservation.
