Philip A. Greiner, DNSc, RN, is Associate Dean for Public Health & Entrepreneurial Initiatives at Fairfield University School of Nursing, Fairfield, CT, and is the Director of the Health Promotion Center (HPC).



Mary Ellen T. Miller is an Assistant Professor at De Sales University School of Nursing in Center Valley, Pennsylvania and teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
