Leslie faint ink note in below noting this Vol was exchanged ---. I can find no collation or much information on the book, the National Army Museum notes a copy Volume 1 1860, the British library holds 2 monthly parts for February and October 1858 indicating a monthly publication. In the preface its noted that despatches will be printed from Artillery Officers serving in India which appear throughout there are also numerous other references on India and the mutiny, embarkation listing troops regiments vessels etc. The articles published alongside the despatches cover experiments carried out at the Royal Arsenal including guns also foreign affairs etc The pagination lacks all before i possibly printed covers? then runs through to page 409 where the text stops abruptly followed by a plate.
