Two volume set. Limited Edition; #209 of 300 copies. A bit of light rubbing, and a couple light stains. Plus a small stain on the rear board of V1, and a small, faint stain on the spine of V1. Tiny tear at the spine tail of V2. Some foxing on a few of the plates that came with a tissue protector, and a bit of light foxing in the margins of a couple of pages. Else pages clean. All the tipped-in and pasted-in plates are present. What appear to be partial remnants of plain-paper dustjackets (3 inner flaps) are laid-in. A comprehensive study of Italian lace.
