No publication information. Small promotional brochure for lodging with "65 Cottages" in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Slightly glossy white sheet printed in black and folded once to create four panels. Little illustration on cover, otherwise all text. Measures about 3.5 x 6.25 inches. Mild soiling and foxing; dampstaining to bottom right corner. This brochure details the amenities and rates of Orchard Camp, lists nearby points of interest, and notes the distance from Santa Fe to other major cities. John Walz Catron, son of U. S. Senator Thomas B. Catron, was the camp s proprietor; according to an obituary in the New Mexico Historical Review, Catron established the camp in 1923 and operated it until his death in 1944. A 1930 Sanborn Map of Santa Fe shows the camp s location at the corner of E. De Vargas St. And College St. (now called Old Santa Fe Trail). It has since been replaced with Garrett s Desert Inn Motel.
