All orders are shipped from the UK within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping rates are based on books weighing 1kg (2.2lb). If your book is heavy or oversize, we may contact you to let you know of extra shipping costs, if required. Tracking information is supplied for all shipments.

All purchases are fully refundable (item price plus original shipping cost) if the item is returned within 30 days. In most cases, the buyer will be expected to pay return postage (unless the item is damaged in transit, not as described, or incorrect).

Sometimes, shipping may take longer than advertised times, due to unforeseen reasons: unfortunately, this is outside our control. If your book has not arrived within the expected timeframe, do please let us know you are concerned and we will investigate right away.
