In good condition. Rebound in later 19th century binding. Nicely rebound with gilt finishing on spine. Corners are edges are rubbed with dryness along hinges. Fresh end papers. S.S. Wilde, Henry J Wilde, 1849, George C. Wilde, 1875 dated family provenance on front title page. all in different hands signifying it was passed down. Caricatures of faces in O s of title page. Quite charming. Text block is evenly toned. Free of marginalia. Nice printer s embellishments. Binding tight and intact. Please see photos.
